How much does a $300 vacation rental cost?
As of August 2017, vacation rentals have jumped from $300 to $1,500 per month, according to a new survey.
The survey of 2,400 people was conducted by travel and accommodation company RentalAvenue.
The survey found that there is a $1.9 billion rental market in Florida, with 1.3 million vacation rentals, a number that has doubled in the past year.
The number of vacation rentals in Florida has increased from 1.4 million in 2015 to 1.7 million in 2016, the survey said.
But the report also noted that the number of people who rent from vacation rentals has decreased significantly.
For example, in 2016 the survey found only 11 percent of the vacation rentals were owned by individuals.
In the past five years, the number who owned vacation rentals increased from 17 percent to 20 percent, the study said.
But in 2017, it found the number owned by an individual dropped from 22 percent to 16 percent.
RentalAventure said that it does not sell vacation rentals directly to its members, but does share vacation rental data with other providers and partners, including hotels, vacation rental sites and travel agents.
The company said it has found that most of the rental properties are owned by families who are seeking to preserve their vacation rentals for their children.
“The data we’ve collected indicates that about half of vacation rental properties that we’ve examined are owned primarily by couples, or one in three are owned solely by a single parent,” RentalAVoice said in a statement.
“This is a reflection of the fact that most vacation rental owners are parents who have their own vacation rental, and many of them are looking to take advantage of the tax benefits that come with owning vacation rental property,” Rtally said.
