How to stay safe and enjoy your next vacation
AUSTIN, Texas — If you’re thinking about buying a new home, it may be worth considering a new type of vacation rental: one that’s designed to make you feel like you’re living in the ’80s.
It’s called mechanical bull rentals.
And according to new research from the University of Texas at Austin, they may be more affordable than ever.
The research, published in the Journal of Consumer Research, found that in 2016, mechanical bull rents averaged $2,800 per month, compared to the average $4,500 in 2018.
And the average mechanical bull rent in Austin in 2020 was $3,800.
The average rental in Orlando in 2020 averaged $4.60 per month.
According to the study, these rentals have been around for a while, but only recently have they caught on.
In 2018, there were 3.5 million mechanical bull-rental rentals in the United States.
That number jumped to 4.7 million in 2019 and then jumped to 6.1 million in 2020.
And the study found that mechanical bull renters spent an average of $1,766 per month on average.
The median rent was $1.766, and there were 2.9 percent rent hikes for the average rental.
The study also found that the average owner spends a total of $3.1 billion annually on rentals.
According to research by the National Association of Realtors, a rental company that offers mechanical bull and horse rentals, the average annual cost of mechanical bull or horse rental in the U.S. is $1 million per year.
For comparison, the cost of renting a home in the US averages $3 million a year.
And in Orlando, the median rental cost is $2.2 million.
Renters may also be tempted to rent a motorcycle, because the rental costs are higher, according to the report.
The study found the average motorcycle rental cost $4 million in 2018, while the average rent for a motorhome was $2 million in the same year.
And, for the most part, the rental rates for mechanical bull were lower than for other rental types.
According to the research, the mechanical bull median rental rate was $300 per month in 2019.
The rent for horse rental was $800 per week.
And mechanical bull owners in Austin had a median rental price of $2 per month for their rentals, compared with $3 per month and $5 per month the average for other types of rental.
The rental rates of mechanical bulls and horses in Orlando were slightly higher than those in Austin.
But for rental rates that aren’t related to the cost, the study noted that there were several other rental models that were more affordable, including a motorcycle rental that averaged $1 per week and a house rental that cost $2 to $4 per week for mechanical bulls.
