GOP Senate candidate says GOP should be more like the Democrats: ‘They are a bunch of thieves’
Republican Senate candidate Scott Brown in Wisconsin has proposed an amendment to the U.S. Constitution that would require the U;s government to spend at least 20% of the nation’s annual income on programs that benefit “those most in need.”
Brown, a member of the Tea Party movement, is running against incumbent Democratic Sen. Ron Johnson, who is also running for the seat.
He is expected to be the primary challenger to Democratic Sen.

The seat is held by Republican Sen. Russ Feingold, who resigned in January to run for the U,s Senate seat vacated by Kerry.
